In-app purchases and subscription payments are generally non-refundable once digital access has been granted, unless mandatory law or Google Play policy requires otherwise.

Eligible Cases

You may contact support if you were charged but did not receive active premium access due to a verifiable technical issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are usually not provided for partial unused periods, missed cancellation deadlines, or situations where service access remained available.
